Description:

This course explores how Practice Guidelines—evidence-based recommendations intended to optimize patient care—are evolving into Living guidelines. Unlike traditional clinical practice guidelines, Living Guidelines are continuously updated as new evidence becomes available. They include real-time appraisal, synthesis, and incorporation of findings into actionable recommendations.

Participants will gain an understanding of how Living Guidelines differ from traditional approaches and how this dynamic, interactive model improves both patient outcomes and clinical efficiency. The course also introduces an easy-to-navigate infographic designed for chairside use, helping clinicians implement recommendations in daily practice.
