Handouts

If a speaker provided a handout, you can download and view it on the GNYDM mobile app and the Handouts page on the website.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Program ticket requests for refunds must be in writing and postmarked no later than November 13, 2024. Tickets/Badges must be included with the cancellation/refund request. Refunds requested after this date will not be granted, including requests based on absence due to illness, late arrival for courses, weather, and/or parking difficulties. A $20.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Refunds will be mailed starting in December 2024. If you have paid by check for a course that has been sold out, you will automatically receive a refund by December 2024.
