Description:

Challenges to community water fluoridation are on the rise, making it more important than ever for dental professionals to speak out in support of this proven public health measure. As the most cost-effective method of preventing tooth decay, community water fluoridation plays a vital role in protecting oral health, especially among underserved populations. This course will empower participants with the tools and strategies needed to become effective advocates at the local and state level. You will learn how to confidently engage with patients, policymakers, and the media to preserve and promote fluoridation in your community.
