Managing cracked and fractured teeth presents daily clinical challenges but an evidence-based approach offers more predictable and favorable outcomes. This presentation explores the latest strategies and research to guide clinical decision-making and improve patient care. Among the key questions addressed are: which longitudinally fractured teeth are considered treatable; how different types of cracked and fractured teeth should be managed; what the prognosis is for endodontically treated cracked teeth, especially those with radicular extensions; and what role CBCT plays in the diagnosis and management of these conditions.
