This course led by Dr. David Hornbrook, Director of Education and Technology at Utah Valley Dental Lab offers a unique dual perspective from both the clinical and laboratory sides of restorative dentistry. With a practice dedicated to metal-free, all-ceramic esthetic dentistry, Dr. Hornbrook shares real-world insights into achieving predictable, long-term success using today’s most advanced ceramic materials and cementation protocols. Attendees will explore the evolving role of monolithic restorations, universal adhesives, and CAD/CAM digital workflows, and learn how to incorporate them seamlessly into daily practice. Practical guidance will be provided on selecting the appropriate material and cementation strategy based on clinical demands, as well as tips on integrating long-term provisional restorations into comprehensive treatment planning.
