ALERT! Enforcement of the New York City Department of Health radiation violation fines has started. Is your office prepared? This certificate program reviews the specific quality assurance requirements of Article 175.49 (Radiation Control. Diagnostic Equipment), which apply to all staff who operate x-ray equipment in dental facilities in New York City. It will provide templates for the annual recording and evaluation required by all owners. (This presentation is not a radiology training program; it does not satisfy dental assistants’ radiation health and safety course requirement.)
