With a practice dedicated to metal-free, all-ceramic esthetic dentistry, Dr. Hornbrook shares real-world insights into achieving predictable, long-term success using today’s most advanced ceramic materials and cementation protocols. Attendees will explore the evolving role of monolithic restorations, universal adhesives, and CAD/CAM digital workflows, and learn how to incorporate them seamlessly into daily practice. Description:

Achieving long-term aesthetic and functional success in complex restorative cases begins with accurate bite records and proper case sequencing. In this course, Dr. David Hornbrook explores one of the most pressing topics in restorative dentistry: how to confidently capture a predictable, muscle-driven bite using the “Freedom Appliance” to achieve what he calls “muscle-centric” occlusion. By allowing the muscles to guide the condyle into its most stable position, clinicians can enhance the precision, comfort, and longevity of full-mouth rehabilitations and large restorative cases. Attendees will gain practical strategies for determining vertical dimension, designing a stable occlusion, and sequencing treatment to optimize both function and esthetics.
