Description | A fundamental aspect for treatment planning is bone availability. Understanding the basics of bone grafting and reconstruction techniques is a critical factor for successful implant placement. Socket management, sinus augmentation, vertical and horizontal augmentation are different methods of grafting that incorporate similar surgical principles. Short implant and narrow implants can be an alternative.
