When and Where is GNYDM held?
Jacob K. Javits Convention Center 11th Avenue between 34-39th Street

Cost of space
Standard 10x10 is $5065, and $5800 for the 10x10 Corner (Applications submitted by Jan. 15)

Standard 10x10 is $5140 and $5890 for the 10x10 Corner (Application submitted between Jan 15 – March 15)

Standard 10x10 is $5215 and $5975 for the 10x10 Corner (Applications Submitted after March 15

How can I Apply?

How will the Exhibit space be assigned?
Booth spaces are assigned by seniority (the number of continuous years a company exhibits at GNYDM), how early application and deposit is submitted, and how many booth and sponsorship/adv taken.

When is the full payment due?
Balances are due by June 2

When can I set up/tear down my booth?
November 29-30, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tear-Down Dec. 4 – Dec 6 (Depending on location) 

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by December 06, 2024 - 12:00 PM.

Can I cancel my space? All cancellations must be made in writing. 
Cancellations occurring on or before June 2 will result in a refund of the booth balance, less the non-refundable deposit per canceled booth or meeting room. Cancellations occurring after that date result in 100% of the booth fee being forfeited. For cancellations occurring by exhibitors after this date, the booth balance, less the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded if canceled within 14 days of being assigned booth space. Cancellations made after that time frame will result in 100% of the booth fee being forfeited.

Is the booth furnished and/or includes electrical services?
The booth space is sold as a raw state. (No furnishings or utilities included.) Each exhibitor may rent furniture through our official contractor, Freeman, or bring their own. All booths must have a floor covering.  A non-refundable charge for carpeting will be forced on all exhibit booths unless notified prior to November 24, 2024, by the exhibitor that they are late or bringing their own floor covering. Carpeting may be rented through the general contractor. Complimentary WiFi will be provided in the hall. For dedicated WiFi or hardwired internet, contact Javits Convention Center Placed through the online GNYDM service kit to order those services. 

What is the Height Limit for my booth? Can I Hang a Sign?
