Digital procedures have caused good and bad clinical results, including ease of making lower cost crowns but with increased margin gaps around milled restorations, discrepancies in accuracy of digital impressions vs. analog impressions, computer spacing of dies, lack of optimum occlusion on some crowns because of restoration anatomy originating from virtual libraries, and numerous other issues needing your attention.
