Description:

This presentation reviews contemporary remote anchorage strategies for the rehabilitation of severely atrophic maxillae. Emphasis is placed on cortical bone anchorage, immediate loading biomechanics, digital treatment planning, and the PATZi protocol. Clinical applications of pterygoid, transnasal, nasopalatine, and zygomatic implants are discussed through an evidence-based, prosthetically driven approach.
