Description:

Successful endodontic treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis and a predictable approach to canal preparation. This lecture and hands-on workshop bridge cutting-edge technology with evidence-based endodontics to help clinicians confidently diagnose cases and perform efficient instrumentation. Participants explore the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging, including CBCT, treatment planning, access design, canal anatomy, and modern instrumentation techniques. The lecture emphasizes practical decision-making and clinical workflows that simplify treatment while improving patient outcomes. The hands-on workshop allows participants to apply these concepts using contemporary instrumentation systems and proven shaping protocols.

Throughout the course, emphasis is placed on integrating technologies such as CBCT, dental microscopes, heat-treated instruments, and modern irrigation concepts into everyday clinical practice.

Learn to:utilize CBCT and modern diagnostic tools to improve diagnosis and treatment planning

• develop predictable access, glide path, and instrumentation protocols
• understand the advantages of contemporary heat-treated nickel-titanium instruments
• integrate modern technology into efficient endodontic workflows
• apply practical clinical pearls to improve treatment efficiency and outcomes

Description:

Even experienced clinicians encounter unexpected challenges during root canal treatment. This lecture and hands-on workshop focus on recognizing, preventing, and managing common endodontic mishaps while mastering contemporary obturation techniques that lead to predictable long-term success. Participants review practical solutions for managing separated instruments, ledges, perforations, canal transportation, missed anatomy, flare-ups, and other procedural complications. The course also explores evidence-based obturation techniques, bioceramic materials, warm vertical compaction, and methods for creating a predictable three-dimensional seal. The hands-on workshop provides guided experience with modern obturation systems while reinforcing clinical decision-making for challenging cases. Throughout the course, emphasis is placed on integrating CBCT, dental microscopes, advanced irrigation, and bioceramic materials into the successful management of complex endodontic cases.

Learn to:

• recognize, prevent, and manage common endodontic procedural mishaps
• apply evidence-based techniques for modern obturation
• understand the clinical applications of bioceramic sealers and advanced obturation systems
• utilize CBCT and magnification to improve outcomes in complex cases
• incorporate practical chairside techniques that improve confidence, efficiency, and long-term treatment success
