This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of minimally invasive crestal sinus floor elevation using the MICA Kit for implant rehabilitation in the posterior maxilla. Participants gain an understanding of case selection, indications and contraindications, relevant maxillary sinus anatomy, and preoperative planning using CBCT. The session covers the surgical protocol step by step, including osteotomy preparation, atraumatic Schneiderian membrane elevation, graft placement, and simultaneous implant insertion. Clinical tips to avoid complications, management of membrane perforations, and long-term clinical outcomes are also discussed through case presentations and evidence-based literature. By the end of the workshop, attendees are equipped with practical knowledge to incorporate minimally invasive sinus grafting into routine implant practice with greater confidence and predictability.
