Patients often present with a variety of clinical indications for altering gingival and alveolar levels, ranging from caries and restorative needs to aesthetic concerns. In many cases, crown lengthening offers a more predictable and tooth-conserving solution than extraction and implant placement. This hands-on workshop demonstrates key surgical techniques, including flap elevation and both hard and soft tissue contouring, to achieve optimal clinical outcomes, functional and aesthetic. Participants also learn various suturing methods designed to enhance flap stabilization and healing.

Description:

The lecture covers graft and membrane combinations and introduces growth enhancers that support predictable socket regeneration.
