Description

Launching your own dental practice is both exciting and demanding especially while balancing responsibilities in another practice. This course is designed to guide dental professionals through the foundational steps of starting a successful practice, offering a practical roadmap for managing both current clinical duties and future ownership goals.

Participants will explore every stage of the startup process, from assembling a qualified advisory team and securing financing to choosing the right location, designing an efficient and productive office layout, and developing effective staffing and business systems. The course also covers marketing strategies, operational planning, and the dentist’s evolving role throughout the transition from associate to owner.
