The Changing Demographics in Leadership

The changing population dynamics in the U.S. has an impact on the future composition of the healthcare workforce. Racial and ethnic composition along with the growing number of women in dentistry influences the configuration of the future leaders in our profession. There is a need to stimulate pathways for growth and development in leadership for everyone that has the desire and potential to continue that path.
