The 2008 Greater New York Dental Meeting

Welcome to the 84th Greater New York Dental Meeting! The largest Dental Meeting, Dental Convention and Exposition in the United States.

We are delighted to inform you that at the 83rd Annual Session we set record high numbers in every category. Total attendance was enormous and dentists appeared in droves to continue to make our Meeting the largest and best of its kind in the United States, while we welcomed 15,268 dentists in 2006, this year we welcomed 16,602 of our colleagues, an increase of 8%. International attendance grew from 2,826 individuals in 2006 to 4,115 in 2007, a phenomenal rise of 45%. Attendees arrived from 113 countries compared to 107 in 2006, another growth spurt of 5%.

The 2007 results solidify the position of the Greater New York Dental Meeting as the largest Dental Congress and Exposition in the United States and as a premier attraction for people in the International Dental Community.

Unquestionably, New York City is always an exciting and festive location during the Holiday Season. Our unique four-day exhibit schedule gives our attendees ample time to participate in our educational programs and explore the “Big Apple”. Our international attendees were thrilled with their ability to place orders on any day of the Meeting and have the products shipped to their hotels in time to carry their purchases home with them.

Certificate Of Insurance Information

On or before August 29, 2008, The Exhibitor agrees to provide the Committee
with a certificate of insurance by an insurance carrier authorized to do business
in the State of New York, evidencing the following insurance coverage in support
of the Exhibitors aforesaid agreement of indemnify, keep and hold safe and
harmless and defend. In addition to the Exhibitor, such certificate of insurance
shall name as additional insures the Indemnities; the Committee, The Greater
New York Dental Meeting Organization Committee and each of them
(Indemnities) from all claims, losses, liability, damages, actions a judgments
arising in, at, out of or in connection with the Exhibitors exhibit or the installation,
maintenance, conduct, use, operation or removal of said exhibit or parts thereof.
This includes without limitation any and all such claims, losses, damages,
judgments which may arise out of, be attributable to or in any manner or to any
extent involve any negligence or claimed negligence on the part of the
Committee.

(a)	General Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 general aggregate
(b)	Workers Compensation (including Employer’s Liability): Bodily Injury by accident - $100,000 each accident Bodily Injury by disease - $500,000 policy limit Bodily Injury by disease - $100,000 each employee

All insurance coverage shall also contain a “waiver of subrogation” endorsement and shall provide that the Greater New York Dental Meeting be given at least 30 days notice prior to any termination, cancellation or material change in insurance coverage.

Failure to comply with this regulation may jeopardize your ability to exhibit at the
Greater New York Dental Meeting.
