1.    Can I register over the Internet?
Yes, beginning April, 2024, you can register online.  

2.    If I registered for last year's meeting, do I have to register again this year?
Yes.

3.    May I complete the registration form even if my dentist is not coming?
Yes.

6.    How do I make a change to my registration form after mailing it in?
Call the Greater New York Dental Meeting registration service at (774) 247-4066 Domestic/International. Email: nydental@xpressreg.net

7.    What is the cancellation policy?
Request for refunds must be in writing and postmarked no later than November 8, 2024. Refunds requested after this date will not be granted, including requests made based on absence due to illness, late arrival for courses, weather, and parking difficulties. A $20.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Course tickets and badges must be included with the cancellation/refund request. For your refund request to be considered, the information must include the attendee's name and address in writing, the original registration badge, and any course tickets. All requests must be postmarked by November 8, 2024, and mailed to: The Greater New York Dental Meeting 200 W. 41st, Suite 1101 New York, NY 10036

9.   Where is the lost and found?
If you find or have lost an item, please stop by the Greater New York Dental Meeting Executive Headquarters on the 3rd Floor Crystal Palace.

10. How do CE credits work? How do I know the number of hours I earn for each course?
The Greater New York Dental Meeting provides one hour of credit for each hour of lecture. After the lecture, note the announced CE Advanced Attendance Number (AVN) code. Computerized CE certificates can be printed out after each course, at the end of the meeting, or from any computer with Internet access for up to six months following the meeting. Check with your State Board to find out how your hours are credited.

11. Which are the closest hotels?
See the map on the Hotels Page. Remember, most participating hotels are on the complimentary shuttle bus route of the Greater New York Dental Meeting.

12. Where can I find Greater New York Dental Meeting Shuttle information?
To find out which hotels are on the shuttle route, click here and look for the (bus) symbol. Specific shuttle schedules will also be printed in the annual Program Book and Exhibits Guide.
